You will report directly to Pearlfisher’s Global Head of Marketing & Communications and will also work closely with the Founding Partners and Studio Leadership Teams.
You will be required to manage and mentor the Marketing & Communications Intern or Coordinator.
An essential role working across Pearlfisher’s New York and London studios to maximize communication and profile opportunities in each location as part of overall profile building. Play a leading role in defining and activating the communications plan to grow profile and support business development. Crucial to this will be attracting our key audiences by effectively creating and championing Pearlfisher’s original content through all of our communications touchpoints (e.g. PR, social media, conferences, events and the Pearlfisher website).
Marketing & Communications Strategy
Manage the implementation of the Global Marketing & Communications strategy.
Working with the Head of Marketing & Communications, Global, lead the development of the global written content strategy and manage the implementation of that strategy.
Working with the Global Head of Marketing & Communications and the Senior Business Development Managers, strategically plan the relevant platforms to position Pearlfisher on.
Marketing and PR Activity
Working with the other Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, Global, manage all PR and communications activity including journalist enquiries and interviews, networking opportunities, conferences, events, industry associations, and awards.
Identify, build relationships with and secure profile opportunities with high profile media and conference platforms that will support Pearlfisher’s profile building and business development.
Work with Pearlfisher’s global thought leaders to define, create and market key thought leadership pieces across platforms. Specifically, manage the creation of written content for key marketing activity including, but not limited to, PR, social, web, conferences and internal communications to grow the Pearlfisher brand.
Ensure the timely process and development of all project related PR communications.
Support the Head of Marketing & Communications, Global, with the planning and running of SEO and SEM campaigns
Work closely with the other Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, Global to ensure the Pearlfisher website is up to date and content is optimized.
Use Pearlfisher’s digital marketing analytics to guide activity and the development of content.
Manage the creation of written and visual content for digital platforms.
Work with the other Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, Global, to build and activate the global social media strategy.
Work with the other Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, Global, to maximize and grow our presence and impact on all social media platforms.
Identify new social campaign opportunities and platforms to support the development teams through social media marketing.
Maximize Pearlfisher’s social media analytics to guide activity and the development of content.
Identify new social platforms that would benefit Pearlfisher’s brand building.
Work with the other Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, Global and Creative Directors in each studio to plan and write previously identified creative and effectiveness awards throughout the year.
Ensure all content supports the development of the Pearlfisher brand and business across studios.
Maximize PR coverage and communications initiatives to leverage the awareness value from Pearlfisher’s IP and thought leadership.
Work with the Head of Marketing & Communications, Development Directors and Heads of Client Management in each studio to initiate and support new business and client development initiatives.
Working with the Head of Marketing & Communications, Global, ensure the consistent management of the pre-approved, annual global Marcomms budget.

At least 6 years of experience in a similar marketing and communications role
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience across a broad range of marketing practice including digital, social, content, PR and events.
Solid connections with influential media and conference platforms or the ability to build strong relationships
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and clients
Able to work across teams and time zones
Adobe creative programs including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
CRM systems such as Hubspot
