This is a senior role that represents the strategic know-how of Pearlfisher and provides high level strategic expertise to our clients with a focus on developing key client relationships and consistent business performance.

We need you to

Operate at a senior level to maximise the impact of Strategy, demonstrating leadership through ideas-based brand and design thinking, delivering impactful strategies for our clients and developing relationships with both current and new clients.

Experience in working across different brands and categories, and presenting to C-suite, founders and high-level decision-makers.

The bare minimum we need from you is

7+ years in Strategy within a design agency and experience in team leadership.

You will

Own 3-4 client relationships across iconic and challenger brands.

Teach nurture and pass on your experience to more junior members of the team.

Learn continuously, refining your creative approach through direct line management and mentorship from our Partner, Vision & Strategy, and expanding your knowledge and sector understanding through tailored learning and development initiatives.

Improve, lead and inspire creative excellence at all levels.

Within 1 month, you’ll:

Complete our onboarding process, including learning the nuts and bolts of our business through inductions with key members of the wider team.

Work alongside our Partner, Vision & Strategy, to fully understand the role of Strategy within Pearlfisher and the impact it makes both in and outside of the business.

In conjunction with our Partner, Vision & Strategy, but with expected independence, champion idea-based thinking in London to build cut-through, simple, powerful strategies.

Immerse yourself in key client projects and build relationships with other team members.

Within 3 months, you’ll:

Lead projects from a strategic point of view.

Deliver powerful strategies across brand, design and portfolio thinking.

Be confident in representing our strategic expertise with knowledge and intelligence to start to build long-term strategic relationships with our clients.

Start to build trusted partnerships with key clients.

Work across our business with strong relationships with Futures, Design, Client and Development teams.

Ensure that Pearlfisher Compliance principles are understood and are being followed by your team during the project process.

Within 6 months, you’ll:

Be a valued part of a collaborative and purposeful team that includes Design leadership, strategyand client management, driving the business forward.

Drive development opportunities with bold perspectives.

Be establishing meaningful client relationships and convincing them of your expertise and authority.

Increase Strategy’s public profile through speaking engagements, writing and presence.

Lead innovation workshops in collaboration with Futures.

Contribute to our knowledge base, thought leadership and creative culture through your unique knowledge and experience.
