The Senior Digital Designer role is an exciting progression and growth opportunity for Pearlfisher. We work towards building and integrating digital design as a fully-fledged discipline alongside our other areas of expertise, inspiring new thinking and bringing new streams of commercial growth to our clients through digital design.
You’ll be joining an ambitious, growing team of multidisciplinary creatives, where you’ll be instrumental in setting the direction for our more extensive client's digital platforms. You'll be working closely with the entire Pearlfisher team, ensuring a digital mindset is baked into the core of our partner brands.

Join a talented and highly regarded Design team, working closely with the branding and digital teams, creating unique experiences across iconic and challenger projects. The projects vary from campaign websites to branded e-commerce, corporate web, and UI for all digital products.

You will show us that you have
Four to five years of experience working within digital design.
Excellent understanding of design, user experience and technology.
An independent and team spirit, open to evolve a digital mindset within the company.
A keen interest and understanding of brands and consumer behaviour across various categories.
Preferably experience making organised Figma-files and animations to show interaction, concepts and flows.
Strong experience across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Sketch.
Co-direct highly effective, award-winning solutions with your teams and demonstrate ownership, passion and ability to deliver the highest level of creativity at every project stage while ensuring those around you do the same. Work that is bold, lucid and unexpected.
Collaborate closely with the broader Design, Strategy, Realisation and Client Services teams to ensure Pearlfisher maintains the highest design standards to deliver award-winning, influential work on every project.
Proactively share technology, user experience, and branding knowledge internally and externally at all stages of the design and realisation process with clients and their project teams.
Demonstrate broad lateral thinking rooted in references beyond the design world and inspire people around you to do the same.
Within one month, you’ll:
Complete our onboarding process, including learning the nuts and bolts of our business through inductions with critical members of the wider team.
Work with our Design team to fully understand the role of Design within Pearlfisher.
Immerse yourself in crucial client projects and build relationships with other team members.
Within three months, you’ll:
Be the primary owner of the big ideas and bold, lucid and unexpected design solutions that Pearlfisher is renowned for across live projects.
Establish meaningful client relationships and convince them of your expertise and authority.
Within six months, you’ll:
Be a valued part of a collaborative and purposeful team that includes Design leadership, strategy and client management, driving the business forward.
Be responsible for the creative and commercial requirements of a solid and successful design agency.
You will report to our Digital Director and work in close collaboration with our Partner, Design & Experience and the wider design team.
