Through our research, one of the barriers to entering the design industry is simply a lack of knowledge about the roles or the opportunities that exist. Our Education programme aims to reach young people in schools and other educational settings before they begin to make decisions about their future career paths. We discuss the diversity of roles available – from client management and finance to futurists, designers and everything in between. We show how each contributes to create groundbreaking, award-winning creative work for global clients. And we showcase, through our own team, the many routes people can take into the design industry. 

We run talks in schools, host virtual sessions and invite students into our studios to see what a day in a design agency looks like.
