An exciting opportunity within a future-focused design company, playing a pivotal role in Pearlfisher London’s business development efforts. From planning and storyboarding ideas to creating the content, you will be responsible for helping to promote the Pearlfisher brand, people and work. Within this role, you will also support coordinating the overall strategic focus of Pearlfisher's digital platforms through static imagery, videography and campaign content – working closely with Pearlfisher’s marketing, design and development team leads.
We need you to
Produce all visual content that connects with new and potential Pearlfisher audiences through visual storytelling.
This is a key role requiring the highest level of

You will show us that you have
Planning, creation and design editing skills.
Experience in managing the delivery of creative projects for social media and other digital marketing activities.
The ability to think up creative ideas to promote the Pearlfisher brand in new and exciting ways.
A portfolio that showcases your flair for creating visual content for social media and other digital mediums using a varied mix of video, photography & graphic design skills.
Experience in designing brand content for web, desktop and mobile.
Excellent working knowledge of and skills in Adobe, InDesign, Premier Pro and Microsoft software; PowerPoint.
The ability to multitask several creative projects.
Able to take direction from all angles without losing sight of the original brief and goals.

Within 1 month, you’ll:
Complete our onboarding process, including learning the nuts and bolts of our business through inductions with key members of the wider team.
Work alongside Marketing, Design and Development to fully understand their roles within Pearlfisher and the impact they make both in and outside of the business.
Generate and create standout ideas for every brief and inspire those around you with your approach.
Demonstrate exceptional creative, strategic thinking and problem-solving in your work.
Take and implement direction well from the Design Director/Creative Director and demonstrate a point of view about your own work and that of others.
Bring enthusiasm and energy to your role, whilst motivating others to do the same.
Within 3 months, you’ll:
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Development to align on clear and compelling creative directions for your work, ensuring Pearlfisher maintains the highest design standards.
Work closely with the principal strategist and Design Director and bring a strong voice to the creation of engaging content. In turn, champion and maintain the strategic direction on all projects and show how your ideas clearly connect to (and from) this.
Clearly communicate your strategic ideas and demonstrate how this links to the design expression through seamless storytelling and visual and verbal narrative.
Within 6 months, you’ll:

Collaborate and align across the business to build robust, pointed, strategic opinions and design expressions.
You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager.
